Our Storefront is Temporarily Closed

But we are open online!

We proudly serve many Sewists in our community - those who run small businesses with the products and services we offer, or who donate time back to the Community through sewing, or someone simply seeking a creative escape and relaxation!

We miss visiting with each of you in person. Although the Dallas County "Stay Home Stay Safe" has expired, we have made the decision to continue to keep our storefront closed through May 2020.

What does this mean for Urban Spools?

We are continuing to process online orders and phone orders. Customers can have purchases picked up using curbside pickup or shipped. Simply call our store, send us an email or schedule an online meeting for a demo. We would love to help!

Please be patient as we are still experiencing an impact to all the services our shop provides. Our Team has returned but we are still playing catch up due to the time we lost in April.

What about Classes?

We are planning on re-opening our classroom July 2020. Please follow us on social media - Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter - as we try our best to share with you all the exciting things we are looking forward to bringing back to our Community this summer!

What about our memberships (such as Clubhouse)?

We are currently prepping March 2020 and April 2020 memberships for Customers. We are also resuming all memberships back to our regular schedule for May 2020.

Our monthly in-store Clubhouse meetings will not resume till July 2020 when we officially re-open our classroom. But, our Team will be available to answer all questions on our Facebook Urban Spools Clubhouse page.

What can I do to help?

In the meantime, stay safe and healthy from the comfort of home. We will visit again soon!

Happy sewing,
Antonio and Stefanie Orozco
